These terms govern use of Pantheon (pantheon.ashwink.org), a personal productivity app operated by Ashwin Kuppahally.
The service
Pantheon is a personal, single-user app that shows and manages its owner’s own tasks (TickTick) and calendars (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) and includes a focus timer. Access is restricted by a password. It is not offered to the public.
Use and accounts
- Only the owner may use Pantheon. Do not attempt to access it without authorization.
- When connecting a third-party account, you authorize Pantheon to access that account as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
- Your use of Google, Microsoft, and TickTick remains subject to their own terms.
Your data
Your events and tasks remain yours and stay with their original providers. Pantheon does not claim any ownership of them. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Pantheon is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashwin Kuppahally is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use of Pantheon.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
